They discovered the Eastern Shore in 1989 when he began attending Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington D.C.  At the same time he started serving as a Student Pastor for churches located in Nanticoke, Bivalve, and Tyaskin.

From there it was on to Salisbury where he served as the Associate Pastor at Trinity UMC. In the year 2000 they moved to Wilmington and Richardson Park UMC.

In 2008 he was appointed to serve here at a church called Christ and what a joy and a privilege it has been. He feels that this is such a dynamic congregation filled with people who are energetic and enthusiastic.  They really do embody our mission statement “Helping people relate to God in a life changing way.”

She will be leading “Crossroads Connection,” our small-group ministry, and will also have opportunities to preach. Beth will be joining us as a “Student Pastor” and will begin seminary in the fall. She is already a licensed Local Pastor who has had training. She can officiate at weddings, baptisms, and at the Communion Table. Beth and her husband live in Stockton.
