1. Virtual Prayer Meeting
Every Friday afternoon at 3 o’clock we encourage you to take a prayer break. It is like entering a virtual prayer room from the wherever you are (how long you take a break is up to you!) If you can find your favorite spot to sit before God, please go there to relax and spend time together. If you have a Facebook account, you can log in to join a virtual prayer room (A Church Called Christ) at the same time. Prayer requests can be shared through FB chats in the beginning, but this is truly a time to be with God. Just you and Jesus. Pause whatever you are doing, speak silently or softly, “Lord Jesus, I set aside this time for you alone, speak to me.” Pastor SunAe will be joining you in the virtual prayer room and holding you up in prayer.
2. Souper Bowl Of Caring
SOUPER BOWL OF CARING – On this Super Bowl weekend, members of Christ-Youth will have empty soup pots to accept monetary donations for Salisbury Urban Ministries. Because of Covid-19 we will not be accepting food donations.
3. Adult Bible Study
Adult Bible Study meets on Sunday, from 9:00 – 9:30 AM, in the Education Building. If you are trying to figure out how the Bible applies to your everyday life, this could be the class for you. The class is for adults of all ages, single or married. Not a problem if you cannot attend every week since each week is a complete lesson. If you are new to the church, this is a great way to meet other people.
4. Offering Envelopes
Offering Envelopes for 2022 are available in the Foyer. If you use Offering Envelopes and/or its Number we will send you a letter at the end of the year showing the total amount you contributed. If you would like to have a number assigned to you, contact Debbie Smith at 443-880-2110 or the Church Office at christsby@comcast.net.
